Three(3) procedures ~ grinding base metal by the grinding wheel, T.C.T part by rough diamond cup + lapping diamond cup ~ are performed fully automatic with high efficiency.
A clutch brake is employed on the diamond cup motors for eliminating vibration during grinding operation. A rigid construction body with linear guide rail keeps high grinding accuracy for long time.
Operation mode, for example,<grinding of base metal with T.C.T>, or< All T.C> , or< H.S.S knives > etc. can be set easily by LCD touch-panel switch.
